I’m sorry but I think this guy is using performance enhancers. Where did he come from? I never heard of him and out of nowhere he breaks to world records at the same games. He did that just alittle to easy. I believe he is cheating its no way he did that without cheating no way. He just popped up out of nowhere not only to win but to break two records. Cheater!

Kim is right. The guy is on performance enhancers. His entire career, he’s gotten no better than 4rd place in all his events. You can’t say that this guy is now crushing records out of nowhere!

Performance enhancers are shown up on tests until the user starts feeling guilty and quits taken them. They only show up once they stop using them. I find it very hard to believe that he went from an average of 4th and 5th place finishes, to the fastest man in the world in less than a year…
or maybe the guy is just blessed… who knows… just my 2 cents…
