I know that’s right. Veggies AND fruits AND grains. Just 10 years ago you didn’t see all of these big unhealthy people (kids included). It’s not to say that smaller people are always healthy, but most of the time the lower the weight, the more healthy one is.

This is one reason why I like my black friends :-). They don’t tell me I should rather ask a salad, they appreciate women with some meat on her bones. Black women are proud of their booties instead of living of salad leaves, they don’t make me feel guilty of mine. So I would definitely leave you alone and let you be happy with your hot&spicy chicken.

OK, there is a limit… If you start wobbling, it is time to eat salad ;-).
